Questions, corrections and suggestions are all welcome. Warranty claims and product registrations are not something we can help with — here is where those go instead.

What to include
The more specific you are, the more useful the reply will be. For a buying question, tell us the rifle, the cartridge, the terrain and the longest distance you have actually practised at — that is usually enough to narrow the answer to one or two options.
For a correction, please include a source where you can. Company records for the Redfield brand between 1998 and 2008 are patchy and we would rather cite documentation than argue from memory.
Response times
This is a small operation. We aim to reply within a few working days, and we read everything even when we cannot answer at length. Questions that keep recurring tend to turn into pages.
What we will not answer
- Requests for legal advice about firearms ownership, transport or transfer. Ask a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction.
- Valuations or authentication of individual used optics.
- Anything asking us to act on behalf of a manufacturer.
- Unsolicited link-exchange and guest-post proposals.
